Clevah. Vereh clevah. There were a few iffy parts on the vocals and the mixing wasn't the greatest for me, but this got me to smile. And then laugh. And then give it 4.5 stars. And I'm a furry, so that's saying something.

The lyrics "Some just need boobs,
But some need boobs and tails." got me. I don't know why, but that just made me laugh the most.

Um... but yeah, good job. :)

ulfusNG responds:

Yay, I think this is my best song yet, though when I was writing it I was afraid the first minute would scare everyone away.

First tag says "boring". Not sure why you'd think that. It's keeping me quite interested. If the mixing could be a little less lower frequency-centered and if there were some vocals it'd be perfect for me.

lieutenantcowbellboy responds:

Cheers. Ye I didn't pay attention to the mix enough, I made the mistake of only using headphones and not checking it on speakers (but it was 3am or so when I was finished messing around with it) so it's ended up being far too bass heavy. I hope to find vocals for it at some point, but then i say that about everything :D

Not bad at all. Some of the vocals are a bit meh, but I really like that guitar. In fact, I'd kinda like to sample the beginning bit of guitar in something. Would you mind?

ecohead responds:

thx) ofc you can sample it)

This is freaking awesome. I notice some slight autotuneage at a couple parts, but I don't mind it. In fact I quite like the autotuning. And usually I hate songs using VST guitars as a main part, but I also don't mind that here, as you used it in such a way that it works! It all sounds... just GOOD. Congrats, ya won me over. :)

The only part that bothered me was how the "you" in "time has come for you" harmonized with the instruments. Other than that it was practically perfect.

Now, while I personally enjoy Living Things very much, I'd like to hear the whole album done in this style. I dare ya to try doing that. I DARE ya!

Dimoria responds:

Sweet man :) Can't really say it's a dare when it's something I'm already thinking about doing ;) But the problem now is that I've heard all the songs.

Firstly let me just say that you have a new follower now. (Das me. :D)

Secondly, I love this demo. Such a huge, cinematic masterpiece. It would fit right in as a film's soundtrack, and that quality I absolutely love.

Please, PLEASE finish this up!

ToRtiK responds:

I thank them very much. :)
About such comments would be to the most. ;)
The full version is already uploaded.
I hope you enjoy it just as good as the demo.
Thanks again. :)

WAY. TOO. LOUD.

It's got some alright composition I guess, but honestly, it's too loud. That is my biggest complaint. Use compressors and turn the freaking audio levels down! It hardly sounds like anything at the volume it's at right now.

2.5 stars for effort.

Locust-Eater responds:

Sorry mate! ^.^
Thankyou for the review my friend!
Even though all you did was complain about one thing and offer no real feedback whatsoever.

This song's real nice. The only problems I can find are that the recording's a bit... well, bad to be honest. And the panning of the vocals at the beginning bothers me a bit. Not bad though. Really pretty.

AFIMCRETF responds:

Thanks for the review, it was recorded on an iPhone, that would explain the recording quality

Freakin' a this is sweet. It's, like, chill but loud all at the same time. Great track, dude. I'd love to use it as a credits theme or something if I ever begin on the animation series I've been planning.

MilkyChocolate responds:

Well, I absolutely wouldn't mind one bit if you did that.

I really dig the style of this.

Honestly it could use a bit more kick, though. That's the only real problem.

Some weirdo who makes art and music.
